Once you set up your authorize.net account go to “simple checkout” to create the HTML code for your button.  

We will explain exactly how to do this in your onboarding sessions.

Studio Policies:

Thank you for registering for classes ahead of time as space is limited to 10 people per class.  We trust you are committed to your fitness journey, but in the event you are unable to attend class please let us know so another person can attend.  Thank you for understanding no refunds or opportunities to reschedule will be given for cancellations made with less than 24 hours.

Make the name and description catchy, fun, and full of life!  Keep it short and sweet.  Images to the left are 300 x scale.  Do not allow your description to exceed the length of your photo to maintain the alignment of your website.

Strength and Stretch:  

Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30pm-6:30pm

Starting with a thorough Warm Up preparing you for 30-40 minutes of Strength Training.  Let go of the stress of the day with a full body challenge, get ready to sweat.  Cool Down with a full body stretch and foam roll.   Don’t worry about being sore tomorrow, because we’ll stretch it out and roll it out.

Pilates:  

Tuesday and Thursday 9am-10am

A fabulous core workout that challenges your stability while increasing your flexibility.  Tone, lengthen, and strengthen your body to look like a dancer’s body.  Calm and center yourself while getting your sweat on!

Yoga:  

Friday and Saturday at 10:15am-11:30am

Increase your power, balance, and range of motion all while finding inner peace.  Coordinating your breath with your movements is nothing less than euphoric.  Walk out of class floating on a cloud.

Bootcamp:  

Saturday at 9am-10am

Thank you Ma’am or Sir, may I have another.  Get ready to push your limits in strength, endurance, and weight lifting.  Challenge yourself cardiovascularly to burn fat and shred your body.  Conquer the mountain of your existence.
